Most Roof leaks start at flashings, valleys and penetrations, not in the middle of the Roof. Every ESR Re-Roof replaces all flashings and drip edge and uses modern synthetic underlayment.
We also handle what is under the Roof: rotten decking, attic ventilation and the cool-roof requirements of California's Title 24 energy code.
