Q: Do you pull the permits for a remodel?

Yes. As the licensed general contractor we coordinate the permits a project requires with the local building department, and schedule the inspections.

Q: Can I live in my home during a renovation?

For a single bathroom or kitchen, usually yes. For a complete renovation it is usually faster and safer to move out. We will tell you honestly which applies to your project.

We have completed full Renovations in Inglewood and Tujunga, taking tired houses down to the studs where needed and rebuilding them with updated systems and Finishes.

For Kitchens and Bathrooms we focus on the parts you do not see: Waterproofing behind Tile, proper venting, and Plumbing and Electrical brought up to current code. Then we finish with the materials you choose.

We also build with efficiency in mind. Where it fits the project, we recommend Insulation, efficient Windows, LED Lighting and water-saving Fixtures that lower utility bills for years.
