A Paint job lasts as long as its prep. We wash, scrape, fill cracks, caulk and prime before the first finish coat, and we protect floors, Landscaping and Windows the whole way through.
Homes built before 1978 are handled with EPA lead-safe work practices. Exterior jobs can be upgraded to an elastomeric coating that bridges hairline Stucco cracks.

Yes. Larger and multi-story buildings are priced per project, and HOA exteriors are one of our specialties.
