A complete renovation touches every trade at once: Demolition, Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Drywall, Flooring, Cabinets, Tile and Paint. With one contractor responsible for all of them, the schedule holds and nothing falls between trades.
Udi oversees every renovation in person. We price the full scope before work starts, pull the Permits, schedule the inspections, and bring the systems behind the walls up to current code while they are open.
Three clear packages with starting prices. Pick one as is, or use it as the starting point for your own scope. Prices are estimates only and are not guaranteed; your final price is set after a site visit.
Use promo code ESRBUILD for an extra 5% off (up to $2,500).
Valid on any package for as long as this promo code is listed on ESRbuild.com. Limited time only. Mention the code when you call or enter it on the estimate form. One code per project; cannot be combined with other offers.
* Prices shown are starting estimates only and are not guaranteed. Every job is different, so your final price is set in a written estimate after a site visit, once ESR has seen the job and confirmed the full scope. Permit and plan-check fees are passed through at cost. Hidden conditions (dry rot, old wiring or Plumbing, hazardous materials) are priced separately. As California law requires, a down payment is never more than $1,000 or 10% of the contract, whichever is less.
