Decks, Walkways and Planters are where water and buildings meet. A Deck without proper flashing rots its own ledger board. A walkway that slopes the wrong way sends rain toward the Foundation. A Planter with a clogged drain soaks the wall behind it.
We build new Decks with correct flashing and fasteners, repair cracked and spalled Concrete, correct Drainage slopes, and rebuild Planters with new membranes and working drains. In Brentwood we combined Concrete repair, Waterproofing and an exterior repaint into a single project.
