Interior repair is the last step of a leak job, never the first. Once the source is stopped and the area is dry, we replace damaged Drywall and Insulation, match textures, repaint, and replace Flooring or Carpet so the space looks like nothing happened.
For HOAs we also restore Hallways, Lobbies and other common areas, including new Carpet, Paint and Lighting. Recent work includes multi-unit Interior Restoration in Tarzana and common-area restoration with new Carpet in West Hollywood.
